with his twin brother, Jeffrey,
and father, Glenn, launched
a grilled cheese food truck called
Cheese Street.
At their inaugural event, “Mac and
Brew” in Royal Oak’s farmer’s market on
Feb. 25, they won best “comfort” food.
Cheese Street served a grilled
cheese sandwich with caramelized
onions, Gouda cheese and macaroni
with three cheeses on homemade
bread and a cup of tomato basil
soup.
Cheese Street offers several
artisan grilled cheese sandwiches,
fries and soups as well as specials.
The food truck is booked at sev-
eral events: Buttermilk Jamboree,
