HUNGER SEDERS ARE A CALL TO ACTION

An Interfaith Hunger Seder using the
framework of the Passover Haggadah
to build awareness and activism on
the issue of hunger will be held 3

quarters and distribution center.
Community leaders of many faiths
along with elected officials and invit-
ed guests will use a special Haggadah
that explores the realities of hunger,
utilizing the seder’s traditional struc-
ture of Passover symbols, the Four
Questions and the 10 Plagues. No
food will be served at the program,
which is sponsored by the Bloomfield
Township-based Jewish Community
Relations Council (JCRC) and
Gleaners.
