sisters. Tony was a vital part of running
the family store for many years.
Beginning in 1980, securities litigation

confined his practice to the representation
of customers in the prosecution of claims
against brokers, broker/dealers, financial

He received annual recognition as a
“Michigan Super Lawyer” in securities
litigation for several years and has main-
tained the Martindale “AV” rating for
nearly four decades. Among his profes-
sional accolades is representing a client
that received the largest exemplary dam-
age award from a jury in Michigan history.
Mr. Trogan had many hobbies through
the years: sailing, photography, shooting
and archery; however, his favorite was
woodworking at his cottage in Saugatuck.
This was a place where he and his wife,
Bernice, made many beautiful memories.
