CAROLINE “KERRY”
MIRIAM ROSENTHAL
STUTZ, 96, born July
24, 1919, died Feb. 24,
2016.
During her long,
fruitful and exceptional
lifetime, she expressed

her accomplishments
to her children saying
she’d “had a wonderful
life and had no regrets.” She was clearly
a role model and a central figure within
her sphere.
Kerry was a talented, creative musi-
cian, a concert pianist and composer,
a graduate from the University of
Michigan School of Music, a bilingual
educator, a gracious homemaker and
hostess, and a devoted matriarch sur-

rounded by an ever-growing brood of
equally talented and creative offspring
spread across four generations.
She left a legacy of commitment and
dedication to family and community and
will be fondly remembered and greatly
missed.
Mrs. Stutz was the beloved wife for 72
years of the late Albert Stutz; the cher-
ished mother of Sharon Hamilton, Jerry
(Kathy) Stutz, Sidney (Barbara) Stutz,
and Benjamin Stutz; 21 grandchildren,
Robin (Peter) Fisher, Heidi (David)
Hall, Jonah Stutz, Ari (Sue) Stutz, Leah
(Randy) Spelling, Tavi Stutz, Taiya

4, 2016.
She is survived by her sister and
brother-in-law, Lorraine and Phillip

Mrs. Tessler was the loving daughter
of the late Bessie and the late Charles
Jaslove.
