arold Greenbert of West
Bloomfield will turn 94 on
Jan. 25. He has two devoted
daughters, five grandchildren and two great-
grandchildren. Harold was a dentist for 63
years and is an Army veteran. He also has
many hobbies: He plays bridge, is a talented
artist and was a member of a book club for
40 years.

ancy and Jeffrey Kramer of
Farmington Hills announce the
engagement of their daughter
Beth Kramer to Dr. Joshua Sampson, son of
Jill and Dr. Thomas Sampson of Mill Valley,
Calif.
Beth earned a bachelor of arts degree
in communications at Michigan State
University. She has a longtime career in
media advertising.
Joshua earned a bachelor of arts degree in
economics at University of California Davis
and his M.D. degree in Washington, D.C., at
Georgetown University. He is a resident at St.
Joseph Mercy Hospital.
An April wedding is planned at Temple Israel in West Bloomfield.

Lundin-Pepper

T

he families of Brian Lundin
and Elana Pepper are happy to
announce their engagement.
Brian grew up in West Bloomfield and was
a member of Ohel Moed Shomrey Emunah.
He is a practicing attorney in Los Angeles.
Elana grew up in Palm Springs, Calif., and
works for the America Israel Public Affairs
Committee (AIPAC).
The couple met at a Jewish mixer, where
they began arguing about Michigan-Ohio
State football and somehow fell in love. They
reside in Beverly Hills, Calif., and are sched-
uled to marry in Beverly Hills in March.
