Linda Ponce Rodriguez, with whom she
shared many hours of close companionship
and love.
Mrs. Evans was the beloved mother of
the late Sheila Morrow; the loving grand-
mother of Howard (Mary) Tracey and
Nicole (David) Chase; great-grandmother
of Isabella and Lukas Tracey, and Rachel
and Abigail Chase. She is also remem-
bered by niece and nephew, Candace (Lee)
Steingisser and Todd (Lauren) Leavitt; and
cousins, Martin (Janice), Kenneth and Rick
(Barbara) Leavitt, Arnold Levitsky, Louis
(Sylvia) Levitsky, other family members
and friends.
Interment was at Beth-El Cemetery.

Bloomfield, died Dec. 22, 2015.
Mrs. Hoffman is survived by her son,

Albert Hoffman.
