RHODA BRICKNER, 94, of
Southfield, died Dec. 2, 2015.
She is survived by her daugh-
ters, Susan Brickner Friedman
and Marcia Brickner; daughter-
in-law, Maxine Brickner; grand-
children, Cory (Liz) Brickner,
Melissa Brickner, Lillian (John)
Holland, Liza Friedman, Abby
Friedman and Katie Friedman;
great-grandchild, Catherine.
Mrs. Brickner was the beloved
wife of the late Daniel Brickner;
the mother of the late Stuart
Brickner, the late Larry Brickner
and the late Marlene Brickner.
Contributions may be made
to the Hermelin Brain Tumor
Center. Interment took place
at Workmen's Circle Cemetery
in Roseville. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

HELENE S. DWORKIN, 71, of
Farmington Hills, died Dec. 6,
2015.
A graduate of Wayne State
University, she was for many
years a drama and English
teacher at Berkley High School
and directed the students' annual
plays for a very long run.
Ms. Dworkin is survived by
her brother and sister-in-law,
Michael G. and Terri Dworkin of
Southfield; sister-in-law, Sharon
(the late Sheldon) Dworkin of
Huntington Woods; nephews,
Jason (Rachel) Dworkin of
Albuquerque, N.M., and Geoffrey
G. (Danielle Harris) Dworkin
of New York City; nieces, Debra
Dworkin of Berkley, Lauren
Dworkin Katz of New York City
and Wendy (Brian) Kraiem of
Brooklyn, N.Y.; grandnephews,
Avi Dworkin, and Shia and Shane
Dworkin; grandnieces, Joanie,
Clara and Samantha Kraiem.
Contributions may be made to
