Sydney Rose Victor,
daughter of Rachel
and Hugh Victor, will
be called to the Torah
as a bat mitzvah on
Saturday, Dec. 5, at
Congregation
Shaarey Zedek in
Victor
Southfield. Sharing in
her celebration will be
her brother Maxwell. Sydney is the
granddaughter of Joyce and Dr. Saul
Rubenstein, and the late Janet and
Robert Victor.
Sydney is a student at Norup
International Middle School in Oak Park.
One of her most meaningful mitzvah
projects was organizing a challah bake
and donating the challah for Shabbat to
the residents of Fleischman Residence in
West Bloomfield.

is the loving son of
Kara and A.J. Weiner
and brother of Mollie. Charlie will be
joined in celebration by his proud grand-
parents Dr. Karen Weiner, and Jerry
Weiner and Annette Friedman. He is
also the grandchild of the late Dr. Lee
Friedman.
Charlie is a student at West Hills
Middle School in Bloomfield Hills. As
part of his many meaningful mitzvah
experiences, he volunteered at Temple
Israel's Labor Day Picnic.

Michael graduated from the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree
in psychology and is vice president of Blueprint Healthcare Real Estate Advisors.
Based in the Chicago office, he specializes in facilitating senior housing and nurs-
ing care real estate transactions nationwide.
Rebecca is a graduate of the University of Michigan with a bachelor's degree in
psychology and of Columbia University with a master's degree in social work. She
is a social worker at Northwestern University Hospital in Chicago.
The couple reside in Chicago and will honeymoon in Thailand in December.

Gadd 50th

rene and Marvin Gadd of Farmington
Hills will celebrate their 50th anni-
versary on Dec. 4. They are the proud
parents of Larry (Melissa) Gadd and Robin
(Michael) Fenberg; and grandparents of
