Hannah Jordan
Kraft, daughter of
Janice Kraft, and Matt
and Jen Kraft, will
lead the congregation
in prayer on the occa-
sion of her bat mitz-
vah at Temple Israel
Kraft
in West Bloomfield on
Saturday, Nov. 21.
Joining in her celebration will be her sib-
lings Jacqueline, Gabriel and Hudson.
Her proud grandparents are Jo Ann and
Dave Kraft; and grandparents in love are
Mary Jane and Rick Larson. Hannah is
also the granddaughter of the late Jackie
and the late Jerry Gould and the great-
granddaughter of the late Bessie
Rossmore.
Hannah is a student at Frost Middle
School in Livonia. For her most mean-
ingful mitzvah project, she helped to
raise funds for the Walk4Friendship by
crafting a donation can and collecting
donations.

Casie Elizabeth
Menuck (Keshet) of
Birmingham became
a bat mitzvah
Saturday, Nov. 14, at
Congregation Beth
Ahm in West
Bloomfield. She is the
Menuck
youngest child of Jill
and Craig Menuck,
baby sister of Jamie
and Miles. She is the beloved grand-
daughter of Phoebe and Harris Mainster,
Dorothy and Allen Menuck, and the late
Jackie Menuck.
She is a seventh-grader at Hillel
Day School of Metropolitan Detroit in
Farmington Hills. For her mitzvah proj-
ect, Casie sold artwork created by adults
with special needs at the new Friendship
Circle Soul Center in West Bloomfield in
order to raise funds and awareness.

daughter of Heather
and Lowell Salesin,
will be called to the
Torah as a bat mitz-
vah on Friday, Nov.
20, at Temple Israel
in West Bloomfield.

tion will be her broth-
er Jordan and proud grandparents
Stephanie and Alan Dorfman, and Susan
and Michael Salesin. She is also the lov-
ing great-grandchild of Rae Weiss and
Anne Sloman.
Avery attends Cranbrook Kingswood
Middle School for Girls in Bloomfield

Hills. As part of her mitzvah project, she
organized a dance-a-thon to raise money
for the American Cancer Society, which
she found to be very meaningful.

Catherine Peterson
Sucher, daughter of
Kristen and Jonathan
Sucher, will read
from the Torah as
she becomes a bat
mitzvah at Temple
Israel in West
Sucher
Bloomfield on
Saturday, Nov. 21.
She will be joined in celebration by her
siblings Caroline and Cole. Catherine
is the grandchild of Sharon and
Marvin Sucher, and Mary and the late
Ronald Peterson.
Catherine attends Orchard Lake
Middle School in West Bloomfield. As
part of her mitzvah experience, she
completed 18 random acts of kindness,
which she found to be most meaning-
ful among her many mitzvah projects.

Bloomfield Town-
ship. She is the
loving daughter of
Ella Taub
Rene and Jeffrey
Taub and sister of
Carly and her twin sister, Sara. Proud
grandparents are Vera and Barry Pearl,
and Paula and Harold Taub.
Ella is a seventh-grade student at
Derby Middle School in Birmingham.
For one mitzvah project, she volun-
teered last summer at Safety Town in
West Bloomfield.

For one mitzvah project, Sara wrapped
gifts for children with cancer at the
Bottomless Toy Chest.
