During Hitler's reign, more than 1,200
feature films — considered by the Nazis
to be their most powerful propaganda
tool — were made in Germany. Of these,
upwards of 40 are considered so repug-
nant and hateful that they cannot be
legally exhibited in Germany today with-
out scholarly context. In Forbidden Films:
The Hidden Legacy of Nazi Films, director
Felix Moeller uses clips from these films
(including Homecoming, shown) along
with interviews with archivists and film
historians. After making the rounds at
the Telluride Film Festival and the New
York and Toronto Jewish film festivals,
Forbidden Films will be shown 2 p.m.

Baby" called "Chanukah Honey").
Well, the YouTube "Bloom Block" was
discovered by top screenwriter Aline
Brosh McKenna, 48. McKenna crafted
a series pilot with Bloom and got it on
