PEARL FOREMAN,

92, of Southfield, died
Sept. 9, 2015.
A graduate of
Northern High School,
where she met her hus-
band, she worked for
the Jewish Community
Foreman
Center on Curtis and
then when it relocated
to West Bloomfield. Mrs. Foreman also
worked at Jewish Family Services and
Kadima; she retired at age 82.
She is survived by her daughter, Gail
Barbara Foreman Sherman of Oak Park;
grandchildren, Rachel Sherman and
Daniel Sherman; brother, Alex Rhodes;
many loving nieces, nephews, other rela-
tives and friends.
Mrs. Foreman was the beloved wife
for 47 years of the late Arthur Foreman;
dear companion for 21 years of the late
Al Goldstein; cherished sister of the late
Stella Rosenberg; dear sister-in-law of
the late Sarah Rhodes.
Interment was at Machpelah Cemetery.

DAVID S. KLEIN, 67, of Silver Spring,
Md., died Sept. 9, 2015, after a short ill-
ness.
He was the son of Judith and for-
mer Detroiter Thomas Klein of Silver
Spring. He lived in Middletown, Del.,
until he moved to the Hebrew Home in
Rockville, Md.
Mr. Klein's career was as a software
support technician. Fishing for bass in
fresh water and for blues, flounder, sea
trout and rockfish in salt water was what
he lived for. His brief marriage to Karen
Louise Bush ended in divorce.
Mr. Klein is survived by his parents;
two brothers, Michael Weill of Vero
Beach, Fla., and Edward (Melissa) Klein
of Atlanta, Ga.; a sister, Margaret Lerner
(Rev. Eugene Funk) of Mount Desert,
Maine.
Contributions may be made to the
Chesapeake Bay Foundation (Annapolis,
Md.) to restore the Bay so that people
may fish there forever and enjoy the
same waters that gave Mr. Klein so much
pleasure (www.cbf. org).
Services were held at the Davidson/
Hermelin Chapel at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Arrangements by Ira
Kaufman Chapel.

SCOTT LABELL, 47, of
West Bloomfield, died
Aug. 19, 2015.
He is survived by his
loving sisters, Elissa
Godfrey of Los Angeles,
Carol Lucas of Phoenix;
brothers, Bruce Labell

and Steve Labell of
Virginia Beach. Scott
will be missed by his many uncles,
aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends
and his adored dog, Shayna, who all
loved him dearly.
Scotty was the loving son of the late
Wilma Labell and the late Larry Labell.
He was the beloved grandson of the late
Rose Gold and the late Manny Gold.

He is also survived by many other loving
relatives and friends.
Albert was the devoted husband of the
late Faye Ryder, and the dear brother and
brother-in-law of the late Manny and late
Lillian Ryder.
