of Orchard Lake Road, just North of 12-Mile Road.

Park were honored Aug. 19
for their volunteer work.
Mayor Marian McClellan pre-
sented a proclamation from
the city of Oak Park, and resi-
dents received tributes from
Oakland County Treasurer
Andy Meisner's office.
The volunteer work at
Prentis Apartments includes
a Meals on Wheels program,
knitting cold-weather cloth-
ing for nonprofits and ensur-
ing the well-being of other
residents. A Russian-English
library is maintained at the
building, where 40-50 percent
of residents speak Russian.
