OA hosted a barbecue event
at David H. Shepherd Park
in Oak Park on June 26 with
more than 60 young adults from a
variety of Jewish backgrounds attend-
ing. The event was in honor of those
from the community who are going on
an Israel trip this summer. There were
many new faces, and everyone had the
opportunity to learn about ZOA and
Israel advocacy in a casual atmosphere
over some delicious barbecue. ❑
