Teddie and her family were members of B'nai David Synagogue and then Adat Shalom Synagogue in Farmington Hills. She and her twin sister, Bonnie Goldberg-Miller, were the youngest of a very large family that, for the most part, lived in the Detroit area. Mrs. Gottlieb is survived by her children, Leaine Simmer and Jay Gottlieb; son-in-law, Joel Simmer; daughter-in-law, Shirley Gottlieb; grandchildren, Joy (Simmer) and Michael Berkowitz, David and Emily Simmer, Lori (Gottlieb) and Stefan Miller, Amy (Gottlieb) and Lonny Greenberg; her great-grand- children, Ryan, Avery, Jacob, Ali, Vivienne and Brennan; her sister, Evelyn Cohen. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Robert Gottlieb. Interment was held at the Adat Shalom Memorial Park in Livonia. Contributions can be made to Vitas Healthcare.
