DR. AVERY DAVID
MILBERGER, 55, of
Midland, formerly of
Franklin, died May
13, 2015.
Dr. Milberger was a
board certified anes-
111L4 thesiologist for more
Milberger
than 24 years. He was
a senior staff anes-
thesiologist, training
residents at Henry Ford Hospital in
Detroit for eight years. His most recent
positions were chair of anesthesia and
medical director of perioperative ser-
vices at McLaren Bay Regional Medical
Center.
Dr. Milberger was a graduate of
Wayne State University School of
Medicine and University of Michigan.
He is survived by his children, Justin,
Alex, Noah and Kyla Milberger; mother,
Barbara Milberger; sisters and brothers-
in-law, Stacey and David Deweese,
Dr. Sharon Milberger and Dr. Robert
Berman. He is also survived by his for-
mer wife, Karin Edelson; his significant
other, Danielle Vanzo; many loving
nieces and nephews.
Dr. Milberger was the devoted son of
the late Moniek "Mickey" Milberger.
Interment was at Adat Shalom

BETTY
PEARLMAN, com-
munity leader and
beloved "Bubbie"
died April 29, 2015, at
the age of 90.
Born in Detroit,
Mrs. Pearlman lived
Pearlman
most of her life in the
Detroit metropolitan
area. She worked
full time at Wayne State University and
attended school part time.
An active resident of Huntington
Woods, she organized the largest
school transfer in Michigan history
and received the Huntington Woods
Distinguished Citizen Award in 1975
for her endeavor. She was president of
PTA groups and den mother for the Cub
Scouts.
She moved to Sun City, Ariz., in 1980
and was a Sun City "Woman of Action"
Mrs. Pearlman is survived by her
husband, Dr. Jack Pearlman. She was
a wonderful mother to her sons, the
late Dr. Bruce Pearlman, Dr. Milton
Hal Pearlman, Dr. Ralph Pearlman; her
daughter, Nancy Pearlman Eckhous.
She leaves grandchildren, Lora, Mark
and Alex Pearlman, Ben and Kevin
Pearlman, Nathan and Noah Eckhous;
brother, Terry Yarrows.
She was the sister of the late Seymour
Yarrows.

JORDAN SHELDON
RAIDER, 77, of West
Bloomfield, died May
16, 2015.
He was the founder
and co-owner of
Raider-Dennis
Insurance Agency
Raider
and the Rho-Mar
Agency.
Mr. Raider is sur-
vived by his wife of 57 years, Rhoda
Karbal Raider; sons, Stuart Raider of
West Bloomfield and Jonathan Raider
of Novi; daughter and son-in-law, Ellen
and Rick Simmons of West Bloomfield;
grandchildren, Joshua and Zachary
Raider, Ryan and Claire Simmons, Jacob,
Sarah and Elizabeth Raider; sister and
brother-in-law, Beverly and Allan Levin;
sister-in-law, Beverly Goldberg; many
loving nieces and nephews and a world
of friends.
He was the dear brother-in-law of
the late Alvin Fisher and the late Jack
Goldberg.
Interment was at Machpelah

DAVID MILLER RAYBIN, 79, of
Lathrup Village, died May 15, 2015.
He is survived by his sister, Carol
Lynn Sirot of Guilford, Conn.; devoted
friend and companion, Stephen E. Stone
of Lathrup Village; niece, Dr. Devra M.
Shot; nephew, Jonathan N. Shot; many
loving great-nieces and great-nephews,
other family members and friends.
Mr. Raybin was the brother-in-law
of the late Gustave Sirot; the son of the
late Lester Raybin and the late Dorothy
Miller Raybin.
Contributions may be made to the
David M. Raybin Memorial Fund in
Lathrup Village. Interment took place
at the Beth El Memorial Park Cemetery
