A clean, wear-resistant garage floor drastically improves the

not an epoxy floor.
"The polymer resin is far more durable and 100 percent UV
stable," Gessler says. "Epoxies fade, discolor, yellow and peel. Our
product is warranted against all that. Also, a resin is more resistant
to oils, stain, heat, and tire residue than epoxy or polyurethane
coats."
Not only does the resin last longer and perform better, it's also
faster to install. A garage floor can be completed with the polymer
resin in two days, as opposed to an epoxy, which can take up to
seven days. Also, floors from Premier Garage can be installed 12
months a year — not possible with epoxy-based floors.
