of Southfield, died
April 30, 2015.
She is survived
by her daughter

Keller of Bloomfield
Gross
Hills; grandchil-

Jeremy Wolf, and
Sarri Keller; great-grandchildren,
Leni and Harris Wolf; brother, Leslie
Abramson; many loving nieces and
nephews.
Ms. Gross was the loving sister of
the late Jerry Arbramson.
Interment was at Clover Hill

PAUL LANSAT, 88, formerly of
Detroit, died peacefully April 27,
2015, in Stuart, Fla., surrounded by
his children and wife of 40 years,
Renee.
He is survived by five children,

(Sherry), William Lansat, Linda
Calloway (Don) and Martin Calloway
(Cathy); seven grandchildren, Jeremy
Lansat (Deanne), Zachary Lansat,
Samia Lansat-Pedalino (Nick),
Myelle Lansat, Graham, Evan and
Brent Calloway; three great-grand-
children (children of Jeremy and
Deanne), Jaden, Eden and Adelyn.
BURTON MAHLER, 83, of
Bloomfield Hills, died April 30, 2015.
He was a member or Temple Shir
Shalom and Franklin Hills Country
Club and was the owner of Scrap
Management.
Mr. Mahler is survived by his wife
of 59 years, Renee Mahler; son, Scott
Mahler of Sarasota, Fla.; daughter,
Patricia "Ticia" Mahler of Sarasota;
grandson, Max Mahler; sister-in-
law and brother-in-law, Raselle and
Robert Glatter.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park

SIMONS, 63, of
Coral Springs, Fla.,
died on April 25,
2015. He is survived
by his wife Susie;
children Eric
(Mary) and Dana;
Simons
stepchildren Abbi,
Halli, Benji and
Mallory; grandsons,
Owen and Ari; parents, Iry and Eve;
brother, Jeffrey (Candace); sister,
Helen; and six nieces and nephews.
He owned a successful advertising
business for many years. He raised
his family in West Bloomfield and
was active in the Jewish community,
serving as a founding member and
president of Temple Shir Shalom and
president of the Michigan Jewish
Sports Foundation. Even after mov-
ing to Florida, Steve maintained his
lifelong passion for his hometown
teams.

Michigan Jewish Sports Foundation.
