baron and Mark Kirsch of
Huntington Woods announce with
great pleasure the engagement of
their son Aaron Joshua Kirsch to Denise
Sungurlu, daughter of Drs. Jamileh and
Mehmet Sungurlu of Birmingham.
Aaron graduated with honors from the
University of Michigan with a B.A. in his-
tory and received his medical degree with
honors from Wayne State University. He is
completing a radiology residency at Oregon
Health Sciences in Oregon.
Denise graduated from Loyola University
in Illinois with a B.A. in political sci-
ence. She received her medical degree from Ross Medical School in Dominica.
She will complete her internal medicine residency at Oakwood Hospital in
Dearborn, where she is chief resident, in June. She will start her fellowship in
infectious disease in July at Oregon Health Sciences.
A June 2015 wedding is planned.

Bloomfield, and Dr. Roberta
and Mr. Sheldon Toll of
Bloomfield Hills joyously announce the
engagement of their children Michele Robyn
and Kevin Scott.
Michele is also the daughter of the late
Roger David Persin, CPA. She holds a B.A.
from the University of Michigan and an
M.A. from UNC-Charlotte. She teaches
English at Henry Ford College in Dearborn
and at Monroe County Community College.
Michele also teaches religious school at the
Grosse Pointe Jewish Council.
Kevin earned a B.A. at Indiana University and a J.D. at the University of
Detroit-Mercy. He is in private practice in Southfield, concentrating on business
law, litigation, Internet law, data security and privacy.
An October wedding is planned at the Franklin Hills Country Club. The cou-
ple will reside in Royal Oak.
