their daughter Alana Jamie to Adam Scott
Gerstein, son of Caryn and Hal Gerstein of
Woodbury, N.Y.
Alana and Adam both graduated from
Emory University and met in New York City
in 2012. Alana is an English as a second
language teacher in Brooklyn, and Adam is
an accountant for JP Morgan Chase.
A July wedding is planned at Temple
Israel.

wedding of their daughter Ilana Shayna to
Jonathon Scott Margolis, son of Amy and
Sandy Margolis of West Bloomfield.
Jonathon graduated from the Ross
Business School at the University of
Michigan. He is employed at Farbman Group
as an asset manager.
Ilana graduated from Michigan State
University with a degree in elementary
education and is a fifth-grade teacher at
Bloomfield Hills Middle School. She is plan-
ning to complete her master's degree this summer.
A June wedding is planned at Adat Shalom Synagogue in Farmington Hills.
The couple will reside in West Bloomfield.
