Mayer, Elana Mayer, Jodie Gold,
Julia Gold; nieces and nephews,
Joel (Julie) Mayer, Ann (Jack)

Mr. Mayer was the brother-in-law
of the late Sandra Mayer.
Interment was held at the Clover
Hill Park Cemetery in Birmingham.

a sales associate at Lane Bryant
in Northland Mall and a top sales
associate in the coat department at
Jacobson's in Birmingham.
Mrs. Novetsky was an avid sup-
porter of Israel, a member of
B'nai B'rith and a life member of
Hadassah. She lived her life with a
high spirit, generosity and compas-
sion.
She is survived by sons Howard
(Laurie) Novetsky, Michael (the
late Marilyn) Novetsky and
daughter-in-law, Gayle Wells. She
was the loving grandmother of
Sarah (Todd) Wolfe, Eric (Melissa)
Novetsky, Jason (Kathleen)
Novetsky, and Ryan (Heather)
Novetsky; adoring great-grand-
mother of Griffin, Drew, Owen,
Micole, Ari, Lily, Emma and
Kensington; sister-in-law of Ruth
Farber and Susan Novetsky. She is
also survived by many loving niec-
es, nephews, other family members
and friends.
Mrs. Novetsky was the beloved
wife for 72 years of the late Irving
Novetsky; devoted sister of the
late Edward Friedman; sister-in-
law of the late Bernard Farber, the
late Shirlee Novetsky, the late Max
Novetsky and the late Joe Novetsky.
Internment was at Beth Yehudah
Cemetery. Contributions may be
made to a charity of one's choice.

FAYE RICE, 103, of Southfield,

died March 18, 2015.
She is survived by her sister-in-
law, Eunice Beal, and many loving
nieces and nephews.
Mrs. Rice was the beloved wife
of the late Melvin Rice; the loving
sister of the late Morris and the late
Rose Trager.
Interment was at Roseland Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be
