Last year, our Father chose a spectacular villa on the 4 th floor of upcoming Magnolia
South overlooking Cass Lake in the Magnolia by the Lakes Senior Village.
Unfortunately due to a recent surgery, he required assisted living. We were fortunate to
have him moved to one of Magnolia North studios.

My Father and our family have been very pleased with Magnolia by the Lakes and
grateful to its Staff. We wanted to share our experience. Magnolia North is exceptional.
It is more like a beautiful resort hotel than an assisted living facility. It is unlike any
other assisted living communities we have visited.

The President & CEO, Dr. Farideh R. Bagne, personally greeted us on our moving day.
She is a very hands on Executive. The Magnolia Staff is extremely supportive of our
needs. Everyone associated with Magnolia is warm and caring. They surpass our
expectations by going the extra mile to ensure that our Father's needs are met
immediately.

The facilities at Magnolia are beautiful and cheerful. Live plants and flowers adorn the
hallways. The Village Square features shops, a fountained indoor garden and a pub.
There is also a pool and work-out facility available to residents. The independent care
has been superb by providing the rehabilitation services that our Father has needed.

The outstanding cuisine is another highlight. Chef James consistently prepared
nutritious meals that tasted good and are elegantly presented. Friends and family are
welcome to dine at Magnolia, an opportunity our Family and our Father's friends
continue to enjoy.

Our experience at Magnolia North has been outstanding. We recommend Magnolia by
the Lakes without reservation to anyone considering independent or assisted living for
seniors. The Staff and surroundings have exceeded our expectations and most
importantly, our Father is happy and content.
