She was born in Detroit to Richard
and Gladys Sterly and grew up in
Madison Heights. She graduated
from Madison Heights High School
in 1969. Mrs. Graff will always be
remembered as a wife, mother, sis-
ter, aunt and friend who would do
anything in her power to help those
whom she loved.
Mrs. Graff was the beloved wife
of Jeff for almost 42 years; loving
mother of Jason; cherished grandma
of Riley and Brady; sister of Victor
Summey (Gloria), Gail Arnold and
Rich Sterly (April); daughter-in-law
of Laurie Graff-Figg; sister-in-law of
Dave Graff (Carol) and Carol Segel
(Mark). She is also survived by many
loving nieces, nephews and friends.
Interment was at Oakland Hills
Cemetery. Contributions may

MARABEL HACKELMAN, 96, of
Farmington Hills, died Feb. 26, 2015.
She was a teacher with the Detroit
Public Schools for 28 years.
Mrs. Hackelman is survived by
her daughter, Cyndy Sandberg
of Farmington Hills; son, Ron
Hackelman of Farmington Hills;
grandchildren, Lauren Sandberg and
Erinn Sandberg; many other loving
family members and friends.
She was the beloved wife for 54
years of the late Martin Hackelman;
daughter of the late Jacob and the
late Yetta Denenburg; the sister of
the late Gertrude Beerbohm.
Interment was held at the
Machpelah Cemetery in Ferndale.

died Feb. 22, 2015.

ter, Marsha Markle of San Diego,
Calif.; sister, Jeannette Nadell of Los

Mrs. Kahn was the beloved wife of
the late Lewis Kahn.
