Soft-Pedaling Is Wrong
Response To ISIS' Evil
Well, some of us have seen, or at least
heard, a vivid description of a young
man in a cage being set on fire.
What's next somewhere — a group of
people, men, women, children, babies,
grandparents, whole communities
herded into and confined in a building
and the building set on fire?
We have seen this picture. History
has tried to tell us in the hope that we
can learn and appreciate that there is
evil. Has history taught us to deal with
it?
Soft-pedaling on the name of the
ones doing execrable acts will not
change who they are or what they do.

Where Is The Outrage
To ISIS Atrocities?
In light of the recent atrocities perpetu-
ated by ISIS, I can't understand why so
many of us (including me until now)
are staying silent.
Why is there so little outrage about
what ISIS is doing? And both the White
House and Congress seem paralyzed
about taking action. If air power doesn't
stop ISIS, then clearly ground troops
(preferably from as many countries as
possible) are necessary.
I realize we can't intervene in every
world conflict, but there comes a point
when we have to take action.

totalitarian ambitions can be contained
with appeasing words and ineffective
monitoring. We cannot risk the Middle
East — and Netanyahu cannot risk
Israel — on the hope that the U.S. can
timely detect and prevent a duplicitous
Iran's nuclear breakout.
Iran is the world's leading state spon-
sor of terrorism — and Jew-hatred.
Like Hitler's Germany, Iran is not
trustworthy. Sen. Mark Kirk said, "The
Iranian terror state continues to show
its true nature as it sidesteps the inter-
national sanctions regime during nego-
tiations, and expands its threat into
Iraq, Syria and Yemen"
We ask that Sens. Peters, Menendez
and Kirk and their bipartisan allies in
Congress continue to stand strong. We
ask Sen. Stabenow to join them. Any
agreement with Iran should have to be
ratified by the Senate, like nuclear trea-
ties in the past. Please contact your sen-
ators and Congress members. Ask them
to be Churchills, not Chamberlains.

Regarding A Nuclear Iran,
We Can't Be 'Chamberlains'
Sen. Gary Peters cosponsored the
Kirk-Menendez Nuclear Weapon Free
Iran Act of 2015. Sen. Peters admi-
rably is not silent while Iran, soon to
be equipped with a nuclear ICBM, is
becoming an existential threat to Israel,
to the United States and to U.S. allies in
Europe and the Middle East.
Unless Congress acts, there is a high
probability that the Obama administra-
tion will sign an agreement allowing
Iran to maintain enough enrichment
capacity to permit it to quickly create
nuclear weapons. A bipartisan Congress
must act.

IT IS TIME TO ACT!
What is the plan
for 2015?
To preserve future income for
retirement - and to take the
steps that are necessary to shed
high interest credit card debt. It's
this simple. If you have $30,000
of Credit Card debt at 20% interest, how
much interest will you pay per year on the
debt? The Answer is $6,000. If you are in a
30% tax bracket, do you know how much
you need to make to pay your taxes and
net $6,000 to pay the taxes? The Answer
is $8,571. If you are making $85,710 per
year, do you know how much of your
income you are wasting on the interest?
The Answer is 10%. Next Question - If
you have credit card debt like this, do you
know what you should do? The Answer is
YOU NEED TO TAKE ACTION to get rid
of the debt, so the $8,571 goes to pre-tax
retirement savings instead. If you earn
7% on your money in an IRA or 401(k), do
you know how much the $8,571 will be in
15 years? The Answer is $226,405. If you
would rather have the $226,405 than pay
the credit card debt, do you know what to
do? The Answer - Call Thav Gross - we
do many things - but there is nothing
better than what we do with credit card
debt! Make 2015 the year you get rid of
the bad habit and begin a good habit!
Make 2015 Your Year!
