Alexandra graduated from Michigan State
University with a B.A. in professional writ-
ing. She is associate vice president at Finn
Partners in New York and leads the agency's
social media efforts.
Adam graduated from Franklin and
Marshall College in Lancaster, Pa., with a
B.A. in business. He is a MEP superintendent for Tishman Construction in New
York.
A March 2015 wedding is planned.

In addition to routine brushing at least three times per day, all orthodontic
patients should also practice daily flossing. Since brushing and flossing
with braces can be challenging for many patients, there are many tools
and techniques that we can offer to make these challenges simple to
overcome. We recommend that all our patients also use a fluoride rinse
at bedtime to preserve the health and integrity of their teeth.

While an electric toothbrush may help many patients, any soft bristle
toothbrush can be used. If the plaque is properly removed, the teeth will
move more efficiently, remain cavity-free, and stain-free. For patients with
work or school, our office also provides a travel toothbrush, which makes
it more convenient to brush when not at home.

In general, excellent orthodontic treatment can only be obtained with
cooperative and informed patients. Once orthodontic therapy begins, the
patient will be expected to continue to see the family dentist for regular
check-ups, dental cleanings and routine care. Routine dental care will
help ensure the best results from orthodontic therapy and allow us to
work with your dentist to create a beautiful and healthy smile to last a

Bloomfield celebrated their 70th
wedding anniversary on Dec. 24. It
is an amazing accomplishment and a model
for all of their family. Growing up in the
Depression and getting married while on
Phil's military leave in the 1940s, the couple
continue to play an important role in the
lives of their children, grandchildren, great-
grandchildren and the Jewish community.
Their family is blessed with their wisdom,
experience and perspective.

of their daughter Amanda Ariel Canvasser
to Daniel Ross Goldberg, son of Ivan and
Susan Goldberg of Livingston, N.J.
Amanda received both her bachelor's
degree from the Gerald R. Ford School of
Public Policy and her master's of educa-
tion from the University of Michigan. She
works as a federal products consultant for
LinkedlN in New York City.
Daniel received his bachelor's degree with
honors from the Ross School of Business at
the University of Michigan and became a CFA charter holder in 2014. He works
in asset management at JP Morgan.
A spring 2015 wedding is planned in Bloomfield Hills.
