She earned a bachelor's degree from Wayne State. She then settled in Chicago/Lincolnwood with her husband, Dr. Irvin H. Strub. She was a found- ing member of the Lincolnwood Jewish Congregation. Mrs. Strub loved antique shopping and world travel. She was a philanthro- pist and volunteer. Mrs. Strub loved animals. She was also an avid bridge player. She was predeceased by her husband of 65 years, Dr. Irvin H. Strub.
