entered large collections and

Peleg also enjoys working
closely with clients to help
them select the right pieces for
their homes and businesses.
She will go out to buildings to
assess the environment and
recalls special requests.
An executive, whose
employer transferred him from
another country to Oakland
County, wanted to have the
family home decorated before
his wife arrived, and he asked
for appropriate paintings to
enhance 15 places where
hooks had been embedded.
She went out to the home,
looked it over and returned with what she
thought he would like. Thirteen of her 15
recommendations were approved.
"That was my most unusual experience,"
Danielle says. "I also had a client who came
in one day a week for weeks and bought a
painting each time until she felt her home
had the art it needed."
Defining herself as a full-service
consultant, Danielle will help with
commissions. For instance, a client who likes
the work of one artist might need a work
sized for a certain space.
"I help clients find the right lighting to
spotlight specific pieces," Peleg says. "Art
without the right lighting is like a plant
without water."
Although the gallery provides framing
services and has samples on hand, the
actual construction is done at facilities in
Keego Harbor.
Visitors are welcome to browse the
gallery at 4301 Orchard Lake Road in West
Bloomfield Township. It is open 11 a.m.-5
p.m. Tuesdays-Saturdays and can be reached
by calling (248) 626-5810.
Art also can be previewed at
daniellepeleggallery.com , where artists
can submit works to be considered for
representation.
"While artwork brings beauty to a home,
it has a more important purpose," Ady Peleg
says. "It captures the soul of the people who
live there."
