Readers of the Detroit Jewish News recently
chose Marla, a Birmingham entrepreneur,
as 2014 Best of the Best for Michigan
Photographer — the second straight year for
this honor.
The Lawrence quote that moved Marla
states:

enchanted place where colors are brighter,
the air softer and the morning more fragrant
than ever again."

Shortly after returning to the United States
in 2010, Marla continued to use her camera
to photograph the bonding process between
her older children and their new, then-3-year-
old sister, Sasha Jade. Ava Rose was 8 at the
time, and Jake was 10.

which I am an alumna."
