meal. Somehow, there's always room for dessert
— even after a meal as filling as that served on
Thanksgiving. Because it's harvest time, fruit-filled des-
serts are gorgeous and apropos.
If you still want chocolate, drizzle some sweet, creamy
ganache over just about anything. Just combine 2 cups
semisweet or bittersweet chocolate chunks with 1 /2 cup
heavy whipping cream and 4 Tbsp. of butter in a micro-
wave-safe bowl. Cook on high for 2 minutes. Then stir
until smooth. Serve with cake, cookies, ice cream or fresh
berries.
