CENTERPIECE: Scoop out the top of a
pumpkin, leaving enough space to fit in a
small glass vase. Fit the vase with a square
of oasis foam, and then fill it with water.
Steffens used groupings of apricot roses
with burnt orange and deep red mums and
finished the bottom layer with a collar of
wheat-inspired stems of broom cob to drape
