10 Years For Yoga Shelter

I

t's been 10 years since Eric Paskel opened the
doors of Yoga Shelter in West Bloomfield. Today,
the company has studios in Birmingham, Royal
Oak, Southfield, Grosse Pointe, Midtown, Rochester
Hills (affiliate studios) and Los Angeles, serving more
than 1 million students and counting.
Hannan Lis of Lis Ventures and owner of Yoga
Shelter has announced a full celebration in all the stu-
dios for the month of November.
"Yoga Shelter was created to help create a coming
together of like-minded people, to create a real com-

locations we continue to fulfill that intention:' Lis
said.
Nicole Yoder, COO of Yoga Shelter, has been work-
ing with yoga guru Eric Paskel and the rest of the
Yoga Shelter team to have a big lineup of events cel-
ebrating year 10. "Each studio will be highlighting a
special class from Aerial Yoga to Glow Yoga and an
Inversion Workshop," Yoder said.
Paskel will be in West Bloomfield to celebrate Nov.
21-22. Paskel will teach a Soulful Slow Flow class and
Kirtan in West Bloomfield, Nov. 21 at 7 p.m. and the
high-voltage, fun-loving Yoga Rocks, Nov. 22 at 11
a.m.
