QUESTION & ANSWER DEPT ...
"What Italian restaurant would you say has
the best minestrone soup in town?" ... Sara

Stolman.
[Wowee, Sara, that's cause for getting
shot at. Minestrone soup is many times
the restaurant's own version and the chef
is usually a good shot. Very few are alike. I
remember having the one that Larco's Inn
used to put out years ago when on West
McNichols in Detroit ... It was quite dif-
ferent ... but one that the Larco brothers
(Pete, Mike and Nick) were raised on back
in Italy, I think ... It was thick with pasta,
peas and croccili (Pete added either aspara-
gus or broccoli for an extra taste) ... I don't
recall if it was the house minestrone soup
or not, but it was delicious.]

Going over, she saw a man bending over the
site yelling, crying uncontrollably and repeat-
ing, "Why did you die? Why did you die?"
"You poor man, the person must have
been very dear to you," said the woman.
The man sobbed, "No, it was my wife's
