Jews And Christians
To Rally For Israel
Jews and Christians are rallying again
to show their solidarity with Israel and
to demonstrate that they face common
enemies.
"Radical Islamic groups, such as Hamas
and ISIS, are a dire threat to Christians
and Jews:' said Michael Aldouby, organizer
of the rally, and president of Long Live
Israel, a grassroots pro-Israel organization.
"Jews and Christians will stand together
to demonstrate that we are facing these
threats together.
"We are very concerned how ISIS and
Hamas commit numerous acts of unspeak-
able cruelty toward their own people, and
the world remains silent:' said Aldouby.
"The Nazis gained power because people
remained silent. We will not remain silent.
Now more than ever it's absolutely critical
to have our voices heard and that's what
we intend to do:'
The rally will be held at 2 p.m. Sunday,
Sept. 7, at the northwest corner of
Maple and Orchard Lake roads in West
Bloomfield.
Long Live Israel's pro-Israel rally on
Aug. 10 had great success, said Aldouby.

MIBB Website Features
Israeli Businesses
"The spirit of Israelis is their ability to
cope with serious external threats while
going on with their daily lives," stated
Lis Ventures CEO and Michigan Israel
Business Bridge President, Hannan Lis,
in a recent mailing to Michigan Israel
Business Bridge members. "The business
of Israel still goes on as usual:'
In order to showcase that Israeli compa-
nies are open and doing business each and
every day, the Michigan Israel Business
Bridge is offering free banner ads on their
website to any Israel-based business.
"People are asking us how our contacts
are doing. This is just one small way we
can help:' said Pamela Lippitt, executive
director. "We want as many companies as
possible to know they have a partner here
in Michigan:'
People can view the banner ads at
business.michiganisrael.com/list.
MIBB will hold its Ambassador Awards
Dinner on Thursday, Sept. 18, at the
Detroit Athletic Club and will lead a
