versary by celebrating their granddaughter
Danielle Kalo's marriage to Omer Shorr
at Ohel Yael, Israel. In attendance was the
bride's brother, Gal Kalo. Parents of the
bride are Sherrie (Damraur) and Joe Kalo.
In October 2013, a special Shabbat service
was held at Temple Emanu-El in Oak Park
commemorating their 60 wonderful years
together. Friends and family attended,
including daughters, Michele (David Kaplan)
and Jodi (Jay Eichler); grandchildren, Marisa
(Hector Hernandez), Michael and Todd
Kaplan, Chelsey and Carly Eichler; and great-grandchildren, Alexa, Ariella and
Ethan Hernandez.
