MADELINE JANE BELKIN, 89, of
Gulfport, Fla., died July 7, 2014.
Madeline was born in South Bend,
Ind., on Nov. 22, 1924, to Samuel and
Celia Belkin. She worked for many
years as a high school teacher in
Detroit and Oak Park before moving
to Gulfport in 1977.
Madeline was a life member of
both Hadassah and B'nai B'rith in
addition to volunteering at Menorah
Manor in St. Petersburg, Fla.
She was a beloved daughter, sis-
ter, and aunt who will be greatly
missed by all who knew and loved
her. Graveside services were held at
Chapel Hill Memorial Park in Largo,

of Delray Beach,
Fla., for the past 41
years, formerly of
Detroit, died July
12, 2014, in Boca
Raton.
Blackman
He was born in
Detroit 100 years ago. He served our
country in the U.S. Army during
World War II.
He is survived by his beloved wife
of 73 years, Judy G. Blackman; his
loving daughters, Sheila (Melvin)
Burstein and Marilyn (Joel) Nelson;
his cherished grandchildren, Michele
Leader and Barbie Sabbota; his
great-grandchildren, Isabelle, Isaac,
Ian, Sydney and Jonah; his devoted
brother, Meyer Blackman; sisters,
Irene Light and Shirley Nadel.

He is survived by his beloved wife,
Harriet Goldman; daughter and son-
in-law, Amy and Mitchell Koss of

in-law, Barry Goldman and Susan
Silk of Bloomfield Township ; grand-
children, Emily Koss and Bennett
Koss; many loving nieces, nephews,
other family members and friends.

Mrs. Goldman was the beloved
wife of the late Ruben Goldman;
