Mrs. Friedmann was
an active member at
Temple Israel for more

supporting a multitude of charitable orga-
nizations.
She enjoyed studying Judaism and was
a member of Hadassah and several Torah
study groups. She also loved the time she
spent in Israel as a volunteer worker.
Mrs. Friedmann is survived by her sons
and daughters-in-law, Jeff Morris and
Hope Alamar Morris of DeWitt, Mich.,
Hugh and Kathy Morris of Carlsbad, Calif.,
Louis and Myrna Morris; brother and
sister-in-law, Al and Jeananne Halfyard;

and was a champion for
civil rights in Detroit.
A lifelong athlete, he

sense of humor lit up occasions with family
