on his recent two-
part lecture series,
"Transforming the
Jewish Landscape: Great
Jewish Philanthropists"

their wealth, political
connections and vision to improve the situ-
ation of Jews in Eastern Europe and then
help these Jews build American Jewry and
the State of Israel. Part 1, "The Rothschilds
and Baron deHirsch," will be screened on
June 18. Part 2, "The Bronfmans and Max
Fisher," will be screened on June 25.
This month's screenings are part of Beth
Ahm's weekly series, "Drop In & Learn:
Judaica on DVD," now entering its seventh
