in art history from Florida International

of Michigan. He is the director of alumni

amantha Sharf and James Ruth are
thrilled to announce their engage-
ment. Sam is the daughter of Buddy
and Terris Sharf of Birmingham. Jim is the
son of Diane Ruth of Clinton Township, and
Linda and Bob Ruth of North Carolina.
Sam has a master's degree in psychology
from the Center for Humanistic Studies
and is in private practice. Jim earned his
bachelor's degree from Central Michigan
University and is a senior mortgage loan
officer.
An August wedding is planned in Grand
Lake, Colo., and the happy couple reside in
Denver, Colo.
