argo and Wally Caplan of
West Bloomfield will celebrate
their 50th wedding anniver-
sary on June 7. They are the proud parents
of Andrea and Allyn Okun of Chicago, Ill.,
and Bernard (Barney) and Kelly Caplan of
Torino, Italy. They are Nama and Poppy
to Zoe and Joss Okun of Chicago. They
will start their celebration by going to San
Juan, Puerto Rico, and then on a cruise.
The celebration will continue with a cruise
with their children and grandchildren in
December.

of their daughter Erica Alexis to Joshua
Mendel Trutt, son of Lynda and David Trutt
of Jerusalem, Israel.
Erica is a graduate of the University of
Michigan and Tel Aviv University Sackler
Faculty of Medicine. Josh is a graduate of
SUNY Binghamton and SUNY Downstate
College of Medicine. Both are physicians in
New York City.
Erica is the granddaughter of Eva Weiss,
the late Sidney Weiss, and the late Beryle and
Blanche Walters.
A June wedding is planned.
