Shaarey Zedek hosts holiday event
for young families featuring Kermit.

M

ore than 40 preschool-
age families gathered
on Tuesday, April 8, at
the Huntington Woods Library
to celebrate and learn about
Passover. Children heard a Passover
story and sang songs with Rabbi
Aaron Starr from Congregation
Shaarey Zedek in Southfield.
Kermit the Frog entertained the
children with games and activi-
ties. Children made their own kar-
pas bowls and ate frog snacks made
of apples and grapes.
Shaarey Zedek is pleased to offer
programs for families with young
children. For more information,
contact Tobye Bello, program direc-
tor, at (248) 357-5544 or tbello@

"I've liked photography since I was
a kid. After moving to Fox Run,
I began taking pictures around
campus, and now we've started a
Fox Run photography club."
