Southfield, died peacefully in her sleep
at her residence March 27, 2014.
She was an excellent homemaker
and also a master bridge player. She
enjoyed the love of her family, making
others smile and her close personal
friendships.
Mrs. Dickman is survived by her
sister, Sophie Rosengard; her son,
Dr. Neil Dickman; adopted son,
Dave Higer; daughter, Gail Dickman
Alter; grandchildren, Jesse Alter
and Nicole Falloon, Matthew and
Meghan Dickman, Alison Alter, Kelsey
Dickman and Todd Greenley. The
family wishes to extend their grati-
tude to all the wonderful caregivers
at Gentiva Hospice, the Heritage of
Southfield and Comfort Care.
Mrs. Dickman was predeceased by
her parents, Kate (LoPatin) and Myer
Shifrin; her sister, Dr. Rae Sternberg;
her husband of more than 40 years,
Harry Dickman.
Interment was at Adat Shalom
