HAROLD BOBROFF, 91 of Aventura, Fla.,
died March 7, 2014.
He was the recipient of two Bronze Stars
and a Purple Heart for action on Iwo Jima
during World War II.
Mr. Bobroff was the beloved husband of
Ethel; loving father of Mark and the late
Janice Miller-Ebel; cherished grandfather
of Zachary of Jerusalem, Israel, Allison
of Surfside, Fla., and Jesse of Davie, Fla.;
adored great-grandfather of Adina, Aryeh,
Haley, Nava and Akiva of Jerusalem,
Israel, Nathan and Asher of Surfside, and
Brandon of Davie.

SYLVIA BROWN, 89, of West Bloomfield,
died March 13, 2014.
She is survived by her daughters and
son-in-law, Phyllis and Buck Blanchard
of West Bloomfield, Marcie Brown of
Normal, Ill., Cherie Moore of Farmington
Hills; grandchildren, Shiloh (Tina)
Blanchard, Shane (Amada) Blanchard,
Mollie Blanchard-Brown, Sondi Brown,
Jessica (Luke) Meredith, Michael Moore;
many other loving family members and
friends.
Mrs. Brown was the beloved wife of the
late Louis Brown.
Contributions may be made to the

Alzheimer's Association, to a hospice orga-
nization or to a charity of one's choice.
Interment took place at the Hebrew
Memorial Park Cemetery in Clinton
Township. Arrangements by Dorfman
Chapel.

LENARD DALE

He was the former

Mr. Canvasser was the devoted son
of the late Darwin and the late Jocelyn
Canvasser.
