and Laurel Silverstein; devoted niece,
Marsha (Barry) Levine; daughter-in-law,
Joy Silverstein; many other loving nieces,

and friends.
She was the wife of the late Phillip S.
Silverstein; the mother of the late Avery
M. Silverstein; the sister of the late
Morton (late Sally) Forman.
Contributions may be made to the
American Heart Association or to a char-
ity of one's choice. Interment took place
at the Hebrew Memorial Park Cemetery
in Clinton Township. Arrangements by
Dorfman Chapel.

died Feb. 17, 2014.
She was a longtime
teacher at Hillel Day
School.
Mrs. Thatch is sur-
vived by her daughters

and sons-in-law, Aviva
and Robert Sandler,
and Rhoda and Michael
Kamin; son, Dr. Leonard
Thatch, and his fiancee,
Karen Bell; grandchil-
dren, Elizabeth Sandler,
Eric Sandler, Jennifer
Sandler-Bowen and
Lance Bowen, David and Jolene Kamin, and
Carrie and Christopher Swan; great-grand-
children, Ian Sandler-Bowen and Henry
Benesch Swan, sister-in-law, Rose Mark.
She was the beloved wife of the late
Benesch Thatch; devoted daughter of the
late Emma Markelevitsch Frank and the late
Isaac Markelevitsch; the dear sister of the
late Samuel Mark.
Interment was at Adat Shalom Memorial
Park. Contributions may be made to
Holocaust Memorial Center, 28123 Orchard
Lake Road, Farmington Hills, MI 48334.

He was the owner and
pharmacist of Doctors
Prescription Pharmacy
Steinberg
in Detroit for more than
35 years.
Mr. Steinberg is survived by his beloved
wife, Lynda Steinberg; daughter and son-
in-law, Karen and David Alspector of
Las Vegas; son, David Steinberg of Oak
Park; sister and brother-in-law, Jacki and
Bob Crafton of West Bloomfield; brother,
Steven Steinberg of Livonia; father-in-law
and mother-in-law, Irving and Shirley
Wineman of Oak Park; brothers-in-law,
Alan (Lisa) Wineman and Bruce Wineman;
nieces, Lesley Miles and Emilianne Gross;
nephew, Matt (Renee) Miles; dearest dog,
Sandi; grandpets, Chloe and Molly; many
other loving family members and friends.
He was the cherished son of the late
Edith and the late Abe Steinberg; brother-
in-law of the late Michael Wineman.
Interment was held at King David
Memorial Chapel in Las Vegas.

one's choice.
