If centrifuges continue to spin, they must
convert the result to oxide so the stock
of low-enriched uranium does not grow.
The testing or production of fuel and new
components for Arak is banned, and Iran
must provide design information to help
the IAEA safeguard the reactor.
Finally, there will be daily inspection
access and surveillance camera downloads,
including at the Fordow underground
enrichment plant. Monitoring will also
include uranium mines and mills, as well
as centrifuge production and assembly
facilities.
Does this look like the agreement ZOA
President Klein spoke of? I think not.

ill Davidson was an enterpris-
ing businessman, trailblaz-
ing sportsman and one of
the Detroit Jewish community's great
philanthropists. While still turning
around the Frank W. Kerr wholesale
pharmaceutical company and the Rupp
& Bowman surgical supply company, he
was being groomed by Frank Wetsman
to come into the family business —
Guardian Glass Company — and
became its treasurer in 1955.
From there, he became CEO and
built Guardian Industries into one of
the world's largest glass manufacturers.
He was also the owner of numerous
championship-winning professional
sports teams, including the Detroit
Pistons, Detroit Shock and the Tampa
Bay Lightning.
Davidson donated about $200 million
to various causes in his lifetime, includ-
ing local organizations as well as to
efforts to strengthen the State of Israel.
He was known as a quiet billionaire
and did not want to be a public figure.
His business success and generosity
stemmed from a personal commitment
to doing good work, not from a desire
to receive public acclaim. Davidson's
