Stern 50th
Kerrie and Norton Stern are excited
to be celebrating their 50th wedding
anniversary. The Sterns married
Feb. 2, 1964, at Adat Shalom Synagogue in
Detroit. They met while attending Mumford
High School and were high school sweet-
hearts. The Sterns are looking forward to cel-
ebrating with their children, Scott, Lisa and
Ken; and grandchildren, Carly, Talia, Jonah,
Rachael and Ella, on a vacation in Mexico in
February.

Heidi earned her bachelor's degree from
Indiana University, a master's degree from
Columbia University and a juris doctor from
Wayne State University Law School. She
practices disability law at the Law Center for
Social Security Rights in Southfield.
Robert earned his bachelor of business administration from the University of
Michigan. He is a CPA at Deloitte in Detroit.
A May 2014 wedding is planned.
