DOROTHY PAST, 83, of West Bloomfield,

died Jan. 13, 2014.
She is survived by her sister, Marilyn
Schiff; many loving nieces, nephews,
great-nieces and great-nephews, other
family members and friends.
Dorothy was the sister-in-law of the late
Edwin Schiff; sister of the late Morris (the
late Etta) Past and the late Bella (the late
Lester) Schmidt.
Contributions may be to the DREAM
Foundation. A private interment took
place. Arrangements by Dorfman Chapel.

THEODOR M. SCHMIDT, 84, of

Farmington Hills, died on Jan. 13, 2014.
He is survived by his son, Howard
Schmidt of Waterford; many loving nieces,
nephews, other family members and
friends.
Mr. Schmidt was the beloved husband of
the late Jean Schmidt; the father of the late
Kenneth R. Schmidt; the brother of the
late Jon Schmidt.

Contributions may be made to Na'amat
USA or to the Michigan Humane Society.
Interment was held at the Adat Shalom
Memorial Park Cemetery in Livonia.
Arrangements were made by Dorfman
Chapel.

MURIEL SHERBOW,

88, of Oak Park, died

She is survived by her

MORRIS SHERMAN, 89, of Oak Park,

died Jan. 13, 2014.

Sophia Cohen of Englewood, Ohio, Dr.
Susan Sherman and William Hirschhorn
of West Bloomfield; grandchildren,
Michael Cohen, Justin Cohen, Rebecca
(Maurizio) Carcagno Rodriguez, Shoshana
Hirschhorn and Max Hirschhorn; great-
grandchild, Leo; many other loving family
members and friends.
Mr. Sherman was the beloved husband
of the late Frances Sherman; the father
of the late Richard Sherman; brother of
the late Ann, the late Adele and the late
Lillian.

at Machpelah Cemetery in Ferndale.

KENNETH A. SOBLE,

74, of Orchard Lake,
died on Jan. 1, 2014.
He is survived by

of Orchard Lake; grandchildren, Noah,

Mr. Soble was the brother of the late Dr.
Allen Soble.
