the daughter of
Laurie and Sam Zeidman and sister
of Jacob. Proud are grandparents

Andrea and Michael Jeross, and
great-grandmother Ethel Weisblatt.
Madison is also the granddaughter of
the late Helen and the late Gerald
Zeidman.
Madison is a seventh-grade stu-
dent at Dunckel Middle School in
Farmington Hills. Among her mitz-
vah projects, she felt participating
in the Because We Care program
through Jewish Family Service was
most meaningful.

Eppenstein-Handelman

W

illiam and Nancy Handelman
are pleased to announce the
engagement of their daughter
Amy Beth to Adam Michael Eppenstein, son
of Kristal Eppenstein of Chicago and the late
Alan Eppenstein.
Amy grew up in West Bloomfield and
attended Michigan State University. Adam
grew up in Chicago and graduated from the
University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
They met in Los Angeles shortly after arriv-
ing and, together, have been working toward
careers in acting and writing, respectively.
Amy works in commercial casting and
also on camera. Adam manages a private screening room in Beverly Hills and
writes and directs short films.
A May wedding is planned at Adat Shalom Synagogue in Farmington Hills.

arc and Ellen Whitefield of
Bloomfield Hills are excited to
announce the upcoming wed-
ding of their daughter Johannah Michelle
to Samuel Aaron, son of Dr. Eric and Janis
Schiffer of West Bloomfield.
Johannah graduated from the University
of Michigan Ross School of Business and
earned her master's in learning and orga-
nizational change from Northwestern
University. She is the human resources direc-
tor for Pet Supplies Plus in Livonia.
Sam graduated from Michigan State
University Eli Broad College of Business and
earned his J.D. from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law. He practices real
estate law at Jaffe, Raitt, Heuer & Weiss P.C. in Southfield.
Sharing in their happiness are Johannah's grandmother Ruth Lax, and Sam's
grandparents Ruth Blackman, and Alfred and Bernice Riskin.
A March wedding is planned in Detroit.
