Alpert, Scott and Nancy Alpert.
Mrs. Alpert was the beloved wife
of the late Simon Alpert; loving
daughter of the late Clara and the
late Mendel Rosenberg.

born Feb. 4, 1926,
in New York City.
She was a long-
time family thera-

years at Temple Israel. She studied
with rabbinic scholars here and at
kallot at every opportunity.
Mrs. Berlin is survived by
her sons and daughters-in-law,
Jonathan Berlin and Barrie Batter of
New York, Daniel and Carol Berlin
of New Jersey; daughter, Sarah
Berlin of West Bloomfield; grand-
children, Jessica Berlin, Rebecca
Berlin and Avi Novick, Benjamin
Berlin and David Berlin; sister and
brother-in-law, Edna and Seelig
Lewitz; many loving nieces and
nephews.
She was the beloved wife for 51
years of the late Dr. Allen Berlin.
Interment was at Machpelah
Cemetery. Contributions may be
