JN readers name Dr. Andrea Nakisher
Best Orthodontist! Since 1997,

Dr. Andrea Nakisher has been serving the
Farmington Hills, West Bloomfield and surrounding
\ areas as the"neighborhood"orthodontist.
"I get to know my patients outside of my practice. My kids go to school,

play sports and hang out with many of my patients. I feel invested in them
as individuals and am thrilled when the treatment my practice provides is
so gratifying for patients and their families:

I

"Everyone from the front desk staff to the orthodontic assistants are always so helpful and compassionate."

In a time when dental franchises
are popping up all over, and the
personal touch is taken out of the
equation, it's especially nice for
patients to come to Nakisher's office
and get to know the staff as well.

Recently, the mother of a
young patient commented, "The
team at Nakisher Orthodontics is
unbelievable. They are professional
and friendly. The service is great.
Plus, you can make yourself a hot
cup of coffee while you wait:'

One very important differentiator
is that Dr. Nakisher personally
evaluates and treats each patient.
While her highly qualified staff is
there to assist at each phase, it is
Dr. Nakisher who meets with each

patient at every visit whether it is to
assess, apply or adjust the braces.

Originally from Chicago, Nakisher
completed her undergraduate
studies at the University of Iowa;
she received her dental degree in
1994 from the University of Illinois,
College of Dentistry and graduated
from the Orthodontic Specialty
program in 1997, where she earned
a master in oral sciences.

Choosing an orthodontist,
however, goes beyond credentials.
It is "critical to keep up with

advancements in treatment
options:' says Nakisher. "Our

practice uses cutting-edge
technology and techniques so
patients receive the most effective,

efficient outcomes based on their
needs:' Nakisher Orthodontics is a
Certified Invisilign® Provider which
offers patients an alternate to the
traditional metal braces.

"Invisilign is created using 3-D
computer imaging technology
and has proven effective for
many patients:"
