Mrs. Stone was the beloved wife of
the late Ralph Stone; the devoted daugh-
ter of the late Max and the late Sarah
Bronstein; the loving sister of the late
Ethel Susman, the late Evelyn Sharkus,
the late Della Bronstein; the dear daugh-
ter-in-law of the late Ben and the late
Anna Stone, and the late Dorothy Stone;
the dear sister-in-law of the late Joseph
Susman, the late Frank Sharkus, the late
Tavy Stone, the late Ted Stone, the late
Dorothy and the late Joe Sklar, the late
Ethel and the late Irving Gordon, the
late Margaret and the late Harold Getz,
the late Sylvia Ellman, the late Rose and
the late Daniel Siegel, the late Ruth Korn
Hack, the late Maurice Korn and the late
Norman Hack.
Interment was at Clover Hill Park
Cemetery. Contributions may be made

LONNY VIDIS, 69, of

Des Moines, Iowa, died
Nov. 12, 2013 .
He was born Oct. 24,
1944, in Des Moines
to Sam and Zena
(Seidenberg) Vidis.
He lived in Michigan
Vidis
before returning to
Iowa, where he man-
aged Arnold's Women's Apparel. In the
late1980s, Lonny began his insurance
career. At the time of his death, he was
semi-retired from his insurance busi-
ness.
Those left to cherish Lonny's memory
include his wife, Karla; his daughter,
Andrea Holst (Jason) of Bondurant,
Iowa; granddaughter, Alana; his sister,
Marylan Shapiro of Southfield; brother,
Jerry Vidis of Canton; nieces; Cheri
Shapiro (Doug Aberle) of Granada
Hills, Calif., Alisa Shapiro-Rosenberg
(Rick) of Chicago, Ill., Carrie Shapiro
of Los Angeles, Calif., Meghan Hein of
Hammond, La„ Becky Christoffersen
(Scott) of Whitewood, S,D„ and Valerie
Towery (Jeff) of Denver, Colo.; neph-
ews, Andy Shapiro (Cathy), of Peekskill,

N.Y., Matthew Hein of Hammond, La.,
and David Vidis of Denver; brother-in-
law, Rick Hein (Karen); great-nephews
and great-nieces, Jake, Noah and Ruby
Rosenberg, and Mollie and Laurel
Aberle.
He was preceded in death by his par-
ents and brother, Irvin; brother-in-law,
Saul Shapiro; nephew, Danny Vidis; and
great-nephew, Sammy Rosenberg.

RABBI MORTON F.
YOLKUT, 70, of

Philadelphia, formerly
of Michigan, died Nov.
11, 2013.
Rabbi Yolkut
served as rabbi of
Congregation B'nai
Rabbi Yolkut
David in Southfield
c. 1992
for 18 years. He also
served as vice president of the Michigan
Board of Rabbis and was a Torah por-
tion columnist for the Detroit Jewish

News. He also served on the Chaplaincy
Commission of Sinai Hospital in Detroit
and delivered papers on Jewish medical
ethics to physicians and staff at local
hospitals and conferences.
Rabbi Yolkut was the husband of Aline
(nee Schlesinger); father of Rabbi Daniel
(Anna) Yolkut and David (Rachel)
Yolkut; brother of Myron Yolkut; eight
grandchildren.
Interment was in Israel. Contributions
may be made to Philadelphia Bikur
Cholim, 8102 Dorcas, Philadelphia,
