Elyssa Sardy is an expert at making this happen.
Putting aside her degrees in finance and international business, the easily
energetic powerhouse found her calling teaching Pilates, fulfilling her creative
passions while engaging and motivating clients just as comfortably on either side
of the spectrum, as well as pre- and post-natal women, athletes, and clients with
past injuries and surgeries.
Sardy is available for private sessions and classes (which can be set up like
a regular class with a group of men or women who are interested in working
together), in addition to the group classes she teaches at Pure Element Pilates,
founded by Kelle Ilitch, in West Bloomfield. She also is privately insured, which
allows her to visit clients in-home.
Trained in working with various Plates apparatus, such as the Reformer and
Towers, Sardy is also certified in Kinesis and the Barre Intensity Technique. But
her true specialty is getting to know her clients, learning how to best inspire
them and garnering genuine pleasure out of the difference she's making in their
lives.
